How do I make a booking?
Reservations can be made directly through our website or by contacting our reservations team, who will be delighted to assist you.
How do I make a booking for larger groups?
For parties of six or more, please contact our team directly so we can tailor the arrangements to your needs.
I can’t find the date or time I’m looking for, what do I do?
If your preferred time is not available online, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you take walk-ins?
We welcome walk-in guests whenever space allows, though we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
How can I enquire about hosting a private event with you?
Our events team would be delighted to discuss your requirements. Please contact us directly to begin planning your occasion.
Managing Your Booking
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
Simply log in to your confirmation email or contact our reservations team, who will be happy to assist.
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hours prior to your booking. Please see your confirmation email for full details.
What should I do if I’m running late for my reservation?
If you are delayed, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to hold your table for you.
Can I request a specific table in advance?
We welcome table requests and will do our utmost to accommodate them, subject to availability.

Yes. Our restaurant has been designed to ensure accessibility for all guests.

We kindly request smart casual attire, with elegance encouraged to match the spirit of Aki London.

Children are welcome; however, we do not offer a dedicated children’s menu.
Can we bring our own wine?
We offer an extensive wine and sake list, carefully curated to complement our menus. Should you wish to bring your own bottle, a corkage fee will apply.
Do you allow dogs in the restaurant?
Only registered service animals are permitted inside the restaurant.
What can be stored in your cloakroom?
We are pleased to offer a cloakroom for coats, small bags and personal belongings. Larger luggage cannot be accommodated.

Yes. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when booking so that we may prepare accordingly.
Do you serve halal meat?
Selected dishes can be prepared with halal meat; please enquire in advance.

How do I book a dinner reservation with a voucher?
Bookings can be made in the usual way just let us know you’ll be using a voucher.
Is there a minimum/maximum gift voucher total?
Vouchers can be purchased at a range of values, with no strict minimum or maximum.
Do I need to use up the gift voucher during one meal?
No. Any remaining balance will be available for your next visit.
How do I check the balance of my gift voucher?
Please contact our team, who will be happy to confirm your remaining balance.
