In a beautifully restored Grade II-listed bank on Cavendish Square, Aki London brings Kyoto craftsmanship and a distinctly London energy under one roof. Come for the second-to-none wagyu and our signature omakase, stay for the rhythm, the laughter, and the live DJs setting the pace from Tuesday to Saturday. More than a restaurant, more than a vibrant bar, Aki London is where flavour meets music, art meets movement, and everything comes alive, one moment at a time.

Fluid and deliberate like an akitsu, the dragonfly whose name we carry, our journey through nature, food and culture has brought us here: an earth-to-table-to-canvas experience crafted to energise you in a captivating embrace.

Earth

Eighty in-house farms, each rooted in seasonality, cultivate Japanese produce with modular discipline and quiet care. Guided by shitagoshirae (preparation as a living mindset) every growth cycle moves with purpose and precision. No carbon miles, no compromise, only the rhythm of growth, alive in its purest form.

Nature, shaped by our chef’s hand, finds new expression: refined, instinctive and full of character. Whether on a plate or in a cocktail glass, each creation is crafted to stay with you long after the moment has passed.

Set in a Grade II-listed former bank transformed into a seamless blend of art club and restaurant, Aki’s character lives on the walls as vividly as it does on the plate. Curated works from leading galleries and contemporary artists create a scene to be experienced, not simply observed.
