Modern Slavery Policy

Lifestyle Group Ltd – Modern Slavery Statement

Financial Year: January to December 2025

Modern slavery is a crime and a gross violation of fundamental human rights. It can take various forms including, but not limited to, slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking. This policy applies to all individuals working for or on behalf of Lifestyle Group Ltd, including employees, contractors, external consultants and suppliers.

This statement outlines our company’s compliance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

  • Implementation and monitoring of this policy will be carried out by the Group Procurement Manager, supported by the Group HR Manager.

Policy Compliance

  • It is the duty of everyone working for or representing our business to prevent, identify and report any form of modern slavery within our operations or supply chain.
  • All current supplier contracts include anti-slavery and anti-human trafficking provisions, and these clauses continue to be included in all new supplier agreements (effective from January 2019).
  • We conduct annual risk assessments to identify any areas of heightened vulnerability to modern slavery, particularly within our external supply chains.
  • We actively encourage individuals to report concerns about potential instances of modern slavery and will support anyone who raises a genuine concern, even if it proves to be mistaken.

Communication

  • This policy is included in our employee handbook.
  • It is published on all relevant public-facing websites.

Policy Breach

  • Any violation of this policy by an employee may lead to disciplinary action, including dismissal, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.
  • Where instances of modern slavery are identified in our supply chain, we will seek to work with partners to implement corrective actions. However, we reserve the right to terminate any business relationship if compliance is not upheld.
